Real-Time Quoting Engine for Energy Brokers

I built and still operate this platform for a Texas energy brokerage network I work with directly. Before the build, their quoting process relied entirely on manual work:

• Electricity pricing changes daily across dozens of providers, but their master broker had to manually update spreadsheets
• Customer-facing brokers spent 2+ hours per quote, pulling meter data via phone calls and manually entering numbers
• No central database. customer information was scattered across email, spreadsheets, and phone notes
• Document signing was entirely manual, creating bottlenecks in contract execution
• No visibility into the sales pipeline or broker performance

The result: lost deals due to slow turnaround, inconsistent data, and brokers working in silos with no coordination.
