What's Inside the $999 AI Tools Assessment

Why this offer exists

Almost every business owner I talk to says a version of the same sentence: I know we should be using AI, I just do not know where to start. The assessment is the answer to that sentence. Not a course, not a sales call wearing a costume. A week of real analysis that ends in a step-by-step plan.

The four steps

1. The interview: 45 minutes, this week

One recorded call where we walk your business front to back. How calls come in, how quotes go out, where your evenings disappear. No prep, no homework. You talk about your business, which is the one subject nobody needs notes for.

2. The analysis: days two to four

I go line by line through everything from the call. Every recurring task gets timed against your own numbers. Every pain point gets matched against what is actually on the market, and I test the top candidates against your real workflow instead of trusting vendor marketing.

3. The report: day five

Three to seven recommendations. Each one names the exact tool or AI employee, what it costs per month, how long setup takes, and the hours it returns every week, with the payback math shown. Sometimes the honest answer is a $15-a-month tool you set up yourself in half an hour. When it is, the report says so. It also includes a 4-day quick start plan, one ten-minute action per day, so the easy wins are running by Friday.

4. The walkthrough, plus a follow-up

We go through the report together and set the order: what you will do yourself, what is worth building, what to ignore. Two weeks later I check in to see what got stuck and unstick it. You are never left holding a PDF and a to-do list.

The guarantee

If the assessment cannot find you at least 5 hours a week that AI can take off your plate, you get the full $999 back. That is the whole guarantee, no fine print.

Who should skip it

Skip it if you want someone to tell you AI fixes everything, because sometimes the answer is a process fix. Skip it if you are looking for a free consultation dressed up as an assessment. And skip it if you cannot spare 45 minutes. Otherwise, schedule your assessment and be done wondering where to start.
